Tomato Mozzarella Salad

Beef steak tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil oil, balsamic syrup and cracked pepper

Classic Caesar Salad

Romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, asiago cheese and sourdough croutons

Michigan Harvest Salad

Field Greens, apples, strawberries, pecans, dried cherries with raspberry vinaigrette

 Add diced chicken breast for an additional $4.00 per person

Add garlic bread for an additional $2.00 per person

MASHED POTATO STATION

$8.00 per person

Mashed Idaho and sweet potatoes accompanied by:

Butter, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, bacon,

sour cream, chives, brown sugar, pecans

and caramelized onions

NACHO BAR

$9.00 per person

Nacho chips and seasoned ground beef  with shredded lettuce, tomatoes,

onion, olives, cheese, sour cream and salsa
